Job Description The Team Lead, Insurance has specialized expertise in insurance policy and administration to inform medical students, residents and physicians about the importance, value and benefits of SMA Insurance. SMA Insurance consists of lifestyle insurance products including life, disability, office overhead, accidental death & dismemberment, extended medical and dental, and medical office property. The Team Lead, Insurance builds business relationships internally and with external partners. Human Resources Exemption : No Education Demonstrated expertise and thorough knowledge of group and individual lifestyle insurance (life, disability, extended medical & dental, office overhead, critical illness, AD&D). Insurance related education such as LLQP or CEBS preferred. Familiarity with third-party administration of insurance policy. Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
