Job Description Summary Greystars Property Systems Analyst will serve as the primary businesssystems liaison for the Canada Systems Relationship Director, supporting executives, operations, and accounting across Property Management, Payment, Leasing, and Accounting systems. The analyst will collect rootcause assessments, manage support tickets, test issue resolutions, assist with system module implementations, support property migrations, and prepare system operations reporting. Qualifications and Experience Property Management System experience utilizing and troubleshooting Yardi Suite (Voyager, RentCaf, CRMFlex, Procure2Pay). Proven knowledge of the Canadian multifamily apartment industry and leasing. Experience conducting needs assessments for application system issues and developing solutions, including communication with senior business leaders. Experience coordinating system conversions and enhancement installations gathering requirements, design, development, testing, rollout, and senior management reporting. Strong documentation skills (writing userinterface design / business requirements) and excellent written and verbal communication. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Experience ensuring compliance with systems development methodology standards, policies, and procedures. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain positive relationships with business and systems teams. Minimum three years as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Systems Trainer, or Support Analyst using Yardi. High School diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred but not required). Additional Qualifications Demonstrated experience with Yardi systems (Voyager and modules). Knowledge of Yardi reports and custom reporting (YSR experience is a plus). Expertise in Microsoft Excel. Real estate industry experience preferred. Proven ability to perform rootcause analysis and solve complex issues. Selfstarter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and adjust detail level accordingly. Salary range: $100,000 120,000CAD.
