About the Role TechBlocks (TB) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role involves implementing effective recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening talented IT professionals while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and work to attract top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Key Responsibilities FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding technical candidates across various roles. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and set clear expectations for the hiring process. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent. Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including timetofill, candidate pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fastpaced environment. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development, IT roles, and related technologies. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Tools: Proficient in using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
