As a core member of our Tax Services team, you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver awardwinning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Responsibilities Provide U.S. Tax analysis of transactions Handle tax reporting for investors and tax filings Interface with other areas of firm Participate in departmental and divisional initiatives Contribute to delivery of K1s to investors on a timely basis Provide global analysis of transactionsAssist in special projects as necessary Qualifications Have prior tax and financial services experience a plus Strong software skills Proficient in MS Excel; comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros & pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand workbooks Intuitive feel and quick to learn various software applications Hedge fund experience is a plus Experience in US/Australian Tax compliance experience on hedge funds/private equity funds is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects Proactive attitude Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
