We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce CRM and Oracle-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test creation, API testing, and enterprise system validation across the web. This role requires close collaboration with development, and product teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable releases in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM, including integrations with third-party systems and downstream Oracle applications Validate data integrity and workflow consistency between Salesforce and Oracle systems Test CRM-related business processes such as quote to cash and customer integrations Manual & Exploratory Testing Participate in ad-hoc and exploratory testing to uncover edge-case defects Test Management & Reporting Design and review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Track, report, and manage defects using JIRA Provide daily status updates, milestone reports, and final test summaries to stakeholders Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions Required Skills & Qualifications Domain Experience Strong experience in CRM testing, especially Salesforce CRM integrations Exposure to Oracle-based enterprise systems Testing Expertise Strong understanding of STLC and Defect Life Cycle Expertise in functional, regression, re-testing, and system testing Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills Experience 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Prior experience as Senior SDET / SDET / QA Engineer in enterprise or product-based environments Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and requirement-understanding skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
