Position The Recreation Programmer is a key member of the Group Home division in LutherCare Communities (LCC), responsible for assisting adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in a residential setting with educational, social and recreational needs, and to organize and carry out activities. Key Accountabilities Resident Programming Resident Care Psychosocial Care Applicants Applicants typically qualify for this position with the completion of a Grade 12 Diploma, Postsecondary education in a related discipline (ie: Therapeutic Recreation Diploma, Kinesiology Degree, Disability Support Worker etc.), Valid drivers license, and experience assisting adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in a residential setting.
