Responsibilities Analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues Provide level 1 and 2 application support for our Trimble System across 11 locations utilizing remote connection Work with Corporate IT for Level 3 support Build, maintain and enhance reports using the appropriate tools (SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel) Maintain and configure EDI with customers Administer and manage company''''s IBC Phone Systems Develop and maintain business relationships with suppliers, identify the needs of the company and source supplies for inventory Coordinate and manage the deployment of system upgrades, as well as the implementation of new IT systems and services Qualifications University or College Diploma in Computer Science. At least 1-2 year helpdesk related work experience Strong working knowledge and experience of SQL and Crystal Reports EDI experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills a must Experience in the trucking/transportation industry using TruckMate and Document Imaging Software applications would be an asset.
