About the Role This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of innovation, process, and production . As the Product & Production Engineer , youll bridge design and manufacturing turning new ideas into scalable, manufacturable systems. Youll work across teams to drive continuous improvement, guide production teams, and influence how the company builds HVAC systems that serve highly technical environments worldwide. This is not a pure design role. Its a hands-on, production-focused engineering position with leadership scope and visibility across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and support production teams in bringing new HVAC system designs to life. Translate thermodynamic and fluid dynamics principles into manufacturable processes. Drive innovation, efficiency, and quality improvements across production operations. Oversee compliance with regulatory standards, component codes, and export requirements . Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to optimize production outcomes. Support integration of new materials, technologies, and digital production methods. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning, or heat exchanger manufacturing . Solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and evaporation principles . Proven ability to bridge design and production , leading projects from concept to completion. Experience leading teams or mentoring production staff in a manufacturing environment . Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working within entrepreneurial business units . Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and export/regulatory requirements.
