Job Summary As the Vice President, Strategic Alliance Group , you will be accountable for organizational client retention for national and strategic accounts. This role provides strategic leadership to executives, operators, and field support teams to deliver objective, insight-driven assessments of the business. Through these partnerships, you will identify opportunities and lead the implementation of strategies that strengthen performance, improve quality, enhance client satisfaction, and drive long-term retention. Now, if you were to come on board as our Vice President, SAG , wed ask you to do the following for us: Own and influence retention outcomes for CGCs key accounts, including accountability for wins, losses and recovery strategies for Canada and ESS North America. Lead complex contract strategies, including extensions, rebids and renegotiations, ensuring alignment among client needs, operational excellence and CGCs commercial objectives. Champion the Value Improvement Process, leading executive-level client interviews and fresh eyes operational reviews to uncover risks, opportunities, and innovation pathways that strengthen partnerships. Engage and influence operations to resolve issues and improve client relations and communication. Mobilize cross-functional leadership, engaging teams to proactively strengthen client trust and satisfaction. Build enterprise capability in retention excellence within the organization focusing on quality of offer. Strengthen enterprise alignment, fostering productive partnerships among SAG, operating sectors and growth teams to deliver a unified value proposition. Partner with operations to differentiate CGC, clearly demonstrating why we are the partner of choice for our clients through a strong enterprise offer. Provide financial stewardship to the SAG team.
