The Enterprise Applications Manager leads the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Blink Chargings enterprise application ecosystem. This role oversees the design, configuration, integration, and support of critical systems across the organizationensuring they are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. The manager drives cross-functional collaboration to translate business needs into technical solutions, guide system enhancements, and maintain high-performing platforms that enable efficiency and operational excellence across all departments. Heres What Youll Do: Ensure enterprise systems are reliable, performant, scalable, and secure. Oversee system upgrades, releases, integrations, and data integrity. Review and analyze system effectiveness and develop strategies for improving and integrating applications. Ensure the design and integration of enterprise applications improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Develop contingency plans for system failure scenarios and recovery procedures. Service Management & SLAs. Establish system ownership models, servicelevel agreements (SLAs), and escalation paths. Ensure operating procedures, standards, guidelines, and contingency plans are followed. Resolve technical support issues and problems as needed. Business Analysis & Process Optimization. Analyze business requirements to identify and implement software applications that improve business processes and support crossdepartment integration. Translate business requirements into technical processes and system solutions aligned with IT strategy and industry best practices. Assist end users by answering questions about configurations, operations, customizations, and system changes. Project & Change Management. Ensure all work is enduserfocused with strong attention to detail across discovery, initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation. Plan and manage application software upgrades and customizations. Analyze custom application software requests and present solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders on evaluating new business software applications. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement. Coordinate, plan, and manage the activities of the application team. Negotiate priorities and build consensus among departments. Maintain a collaborative, endusercentric culture focused on excellence across all phases of project delivery. What You Bring to the Table: 7+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or IT systems in a SOXregulated environment 3+ years of people management experience. Handson experience with systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, HRIS, or financial platforms. Strong understanding of SOX, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and audit requirements. Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of business analysis, business process improvement, project management, and ITIL. Strong knowledge of enterprise applications architecture. Strong knowledge of systems analysis and requirements gathering. Strong knowledge of application administration including installation, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of providing enduser technical training. Strong knowledge of Office365 and SharePoint Online. Working knowledge of project management methodologies and practices. Working knowledge and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
