This Revit based firm specializes in private big box retailers, grocers, care dealerships & large-scale private distribution centers (300k+ sqft) projects with multiple stakeholders. They have trusted top-tier private clients based on 50 years of market expertise. This is a great chance to work on projects across Canada with a meritocratic team where your talents will be appreciated. What They Seek Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field Professional Ontario license required (OAA); 2+ years of experience in architectural project management Solid Revit; experienced in distribution centers; high-end car dealership or corporate office experience a plus Technically inclined; experienced on working on complex projects; marking up drawings and providing feedback to architectural interns and technologists to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Someone with client facing experience; ability to build and maintain client relationships, from project inception to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet delivery deadlines and financial targets; willingness to be 30% involved in production drawings (hands-on) to ensure successful outcomes Coordinate closely with internal and external teams, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies, to drive project progress. Oversee the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
