The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Investments & Finance, the Associate Director will lead key aspects of the investment process - from financial analysis and due diligence to market research, deal structuring, and financing support. This individual will also oversee and mentor junior team members and work closely with leaders across the Construction, Development, and Asset Management teams.
