The Role MDA is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join the Business Systems Team and maintain the Infor LN ERP operating environment and associated subsystems. The analyst will support the Infor LN community by designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and evaluating new and existing systems hosted on premises or thirdparty IaaS/PaaS/SaaS clouds. Responsibilities include handon application support across all phases of assigned system development and implementation projects. Job Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between IT and nonIT stakeholders to design, implement and maintain the appropriate onpremise systems or cloud services that solve business problems. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing; and create specifications that meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems. Work closely with managers and endusers to define system requirements and business goals. Provide oncall support for the ERP systems and support upgrades, hardware/software upgrades, impact analysis, fixes and endtoend testing. Offer operational support for failures and outages. Research and implement new technologies by assessing tools, software and technological practices. Participate in crossfunctional linked teams to address business or system issues. Design and implement customized technology solutions and enhancements to existing systems. Perform costbenefit analyses for potential computer system upgrades to support purchase decisions. Assist in deployment, customization and postimplementation troubleshooting of new systems. Collaborate and work effectively with other IT support teams to deliver required solutions and a positive client experience. Participate in software upgrades and application of patches as required. Follow release cycles and deliver ontime bug fixes, change requests and enhancements. Troubleshoot issues related to software, compute, storage and networking. Create and maintain requirements specifications. Provide additional support for ERP integration technologies and methods. Design training programs, create documentation and user guides, and deliver training to other team members. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Data Science or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration in an enterprise environment and cloudbased technologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and technical skills. Superior timemanagement skills, multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. Significant implementation experience with Baan/Infor LN applications. Complete understanding of manufacturing, supply chain flow and finance. Critical thinking, strong problemsolving and analytical skills. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a positive thinker. Preferred Qualifications Experience with integrations with UKG, HR systems, timesheet & attendance systems, Project Online, SharePoint Online, Salesforce, and banking systems. Handson experience in SOAP/REST API/web service. Relational database experience (SQL Server). Programming languages: C# and VB.NET. Reporting and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, IBM Cognos, Crystal Reports, Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) or equivalents. Special Considerations Successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the Reliability status level, pass the security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances. The compensation range for this position is $85,000 $120,000 annually, with the specific offer determined by the successful candidates qualifications and experience.
