About the Role The Account Payable Administrator plays a crucial role in the financial operations of our construction company, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate''''s degree in accounting or finance preferred. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role, preferably within the construction industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. Knowledge of construction industry-specific financial regulations and practices. Certification in accounts payable or related field (e.g., AAP, AP certification). Responsibilities Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reports.
