The Digital Channels is accountable for the digital strategy, customer experience and distribution of products and services across businesses. Digital Channels Insights provides actionable insights through data analysis across several lines of business and functional groups including but not limited to product development, project management, digital marketing, and several other strategic partners.Reporting to the Practice Chapter Lead, Optimizations & Personalization, the Senior Optimization Analyst will be responsible for understanding customers online, recognizing their digital needs and goals, and measuring their success. The Senior Optimization Analyst will plan, prioritize, and execute Optimization initiatives across public sites and conversion funnels. This includes A/B (Standard & Premium), multi-variant testing, segmentation, and targeted testing programs. The position will ensure that these initiatives deliver value and improve the client experience across all digital properties (public, conversion funnel, self-service, and mobile properties).
