What Youll Do Brand Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a compelling brand vision to drive sustainable growth and inspire the team, navigating market disruptions and supporting business transformation. P&L Leadership: Own top and bottom-line resultsunderstand revenue drivers, manage costs, and deliver strong financial performance. Consumer Focus: Use data and market research to deeply understand consumer needs, translating these into actionable brand strategies. Cross-Functional Navigation: Build strong relationships across functions, levels, and markets to achieve ambitious goals. US Partnership: Collaborate with US counterparts to leverage North America Retail scalestrong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills are essential. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. Integrated Marketing Execution: Prioritize and balance initiatives across innovation, brand building, distribution, trade, shopper marketing, promotions, and communications to optimize P&L. Talent Development: Coach and develop direct reports using Engaging Leader Behaviours, fostering a growth-oriented, high-performance team. Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of experience in brand management and P&L ownership/general management Bachelors degree Strong ability to navigate complexity and drive cross-functional connections Analytical mindset with experience assessing P&L impact Strategic thinker with a vision and pipeline of ideas Skilled influencerable to achieve buy-in without direct authority Agile and adaptable in fast-changing environments Proven success in leading and coaching others Highly motivated, action-oriented, and growth-minded Preferred Qualifications MBA CPG industry Additional Information International relocation or remote working arrangements (outside of Canada) are not considered.
