Your Impact at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Own the Email Ecosystem: You will build, schedule, and launch the email campaignsfrom newsletters to automated flowsthat drive customer lifetime value. Amplify Our Voice: Youll be the voice of the brand across social platforms, engaging with our community and executing a content calendar that sparks real engagement. Bridge Creative & Growth: Youll collaborate with the Brand & Creative Manager to produce digital assets and marketing collateral that ensure our Franchise Partners win in their local markets. Drive Data-Informed Results: You won''''t just post and pray; youll monitor performance and provide reports on key metrics like open rates and engagement to influence our strategy. What You Bring To The Table Proven Execution: Demonstrated experience in managing digital operations, including email marketing, audience segmentation, and social media scheduling. Content Mastery: Practical experience capturing short-form video and photography that resonates with modern audiences. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $45,000- $55,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
