Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Retail Operation y youll be involved in: Working with the Agro store team, plan and direct day-to-day operations Overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, performance management and succession planning for the store Guiding the execution of goals, objectives, policies and procedures for efficient, effective and safe operations Maintaining our high standards for customer service and ensuring consistent brand aligned customer experience Lead, coach and motivate staff to improve productivity, engagement, and retention oting the Four Rivers Co-op Health and Safety Program Ensuring the procedures for the delivery of merchandise and chemical/fertilizer are adhered to Responsible for accurate inventories, complying with proper classification and authorization of invoices Ensuring compliance to all legislative and regulatory requirements as well as organizational and commodity programs and policies What You Bring Possess a post-secondary education in a related field Five years of progressively responsible experience in Agriculture retail preferably at a leadership level Proven ability to control operational costs, maximize operation efficiencies and improve growth margins Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of7 employees You hold a valid class 5 or better drivers license with a clean abstract Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products and ability to learn specialized software quickly Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives Why Work With Us Work-Life Balance: Paid sick and vacation time Financial Perks: Employee bonus program, wellness program, and pension plan Growth Opportunities: We encourage learning and development Competitive Pay: $68,260 - $85,320 based on skills and experience Comprehensive Benefits: Vision, Medical, Dental Diversity & Inclusion: We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected How to Apply Send your cover letter and resume to [email protected] or call 672-645-6300 for more information.
