Reporting to the Manager, Technology Enablement, the Systems Consultant will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational needs and have a strong focus on service excellence. Key responsibilities include collaborating with vendors and internal teams to design and implement new technology solutions that meet evolving business requirements. The role also provides Tier 2 support for end-user computing environments, resolving complex technical issues and helping deliver reliable, efficient IT services.Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline system administration tasks.**What you bring to the role:**10+ years of experience in system administration, with a strong focus on enterprise productivity and virtualization platforms Experience in hospital IT environments and familiarity with MEDITECH systems is a significant asset. Demonstrated experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform service improvements and drive continuous enhancement of IT offerings. A strong customer service focus and the ability to work independently and professionally managing multiple projectsExperience with change management and user adoption initiatives.Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
