In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for a key customer as an embedded resource within their organization. This means that you, with the support of your team, will be responsible for resolving any number of IT-related issues that they might have. You understand this is a Fly in Fly out position You are physically able to manage working in a rugged environment with a moderate amount of lifting and carrying equipment. Key Qualifications: 5-7 years IT experience, will accept 2 years at an MSP Excellent critical thinking skills Great Customer Service Strong problem-solving mindset Must have O365 experience Networking Knowledge Server Hardware Experience Virtualization Experience necessary Certifications such as (Network+, Security+, Server+) are an asset Certifications such as (MS-900 & AZ-900) are an asset Prefer experience working remote locations and experienced camp living If this is you We cant wait to hear from you!
