About The Position We are seeking a Full Stack ML Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable web applications across both frontend and backend systems. Youll work hands-on with modern frameworks, cloud services, and databases to deliver high-quality features and improvements. In this role, you''''ll be responsible for developing user interfaces, designing APIs, integrating with cloud infrastructure, and ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions that are reliable and future-ready. Responsibilities Take over and manage all existing backend systems and infrastructure. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity as team members transition to other roles. Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture. Architect, design, implement, and oversee backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Lead the adoption of best practices in software development, code quality, and testing. Own and manage our Azure infrastructure, ensuring cost efficiency, security, and scalability. Oversee Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments. Manage and optimize Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps workflows for model training, deployment, and monitoring. Implement and facilitate continuous integration and delivery processes. Collaborate with product and domain specialists, as well as frontend teams to align backend solutions with product needs. Plan and prioritize backend roadmap items. Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven experience as a backend engineer with at least 3+ years in software development. Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). Strong expertise in Azure (Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, API Management, ARM/Bicep/Terraform, Azure Active Directory, etc.). Experience in data-intensive or ML-driven products. Experience with Machine Learning pipelines and MLOps tools/workflows. Proficiency in Python for backend and data processing. Experience with Databases (SQL and NoSQL). Experience in Microservice architectures and distributed systems. Track record of delivering production-grade backend systems at scale. Strong understanding of security best practices and cloud cost optimization. An agile mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment. Grer et optimiser les pipelines d''''apprentissage automatique et les workflows MLOps pour la formation, le dploiement et la surveillance des modles. Collaborer avec les spcialistes des produits et des domaines, ainsi qu''''avec les quipes frontales afin d''''aligner les solutions backend sur les besoins des produits. Planifier et hirarchiser les lments de la feuille de route backend. Fournir rgulirement des mises jour sur l''''avancement des travaux la direction. Connaissances, comptences et aptitudes requises Exprience avre en tant qu''''ingnieur backend avec au moins 3 ans d''''exprience dans le dveloppement de logiciels. Exprience en conteneurisation (Kubernetes, Docker). Solide expertise dans Azure (machines virtuelles, stockage Blob, Azure Functions, gestion des API, ARM/Bicep/Terraform, Azure Active Directory, etc.). Exprience dans les produits forte intensit de donnes ou bass sur le ML. Exprience avec les pipelines de machine learning et les outils/workflows MLOps. Matrise de Python pour le backend et le traitement des donnes. Exprience avec les bases de donnes (SQL et NoSQL). Exprience dans les architectures microservices et les systmes distribus.
