About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands-on leader to support daily operations, inspire our store team, and help create outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace by listening, encouraging open communication, and seeking solutions together Assist with scheduling and staff coverage Guest Experience Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming service to every guest Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism Assist guests with product selection, plant care advice, and general inquiries Lead by example on the sales floor Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and stock organization Help maintain plant health, quality, and presentation throughout the store Support sales goals and promotional initiatives Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure companys policies and procedures are followed Utilize Microsoft Office & POS system for sales reporting and analysis Other Requirements Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in various weather conditions Job Type & Compensation Full-time, Salaried Position, $60K 65K per year Why Youll Love Working Here At GARDENWORKS, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
