Coordinator Co-op, Member Programs and Communications page is loaded## Coordinator Co-op, Member Programs and Communicationslocations: Torontotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id: R-2139# Career Opportunity## Role TitleCoordinator Co-op, Member Programs and Communications## Purpose of roleThe Coordinator Co-op, Member Programs and Communications will provide program and marketing support to improve member experience and engagement in Foresters member benefits.## Job Description**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct competitive research to support strategic initiatives* Assist with operational tasks on the Foresters Go app, new Community Grants platform and other benefits as needed* Support the development of grant resources and consolidate stakeholder feedback* Assist with roll out of new Legal Document / Loss Support platform, such as:* Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)* Reviewing resources and website content* Compiling and verifying information* Organizing and cleaning up files* Provide support on other member benefits as needed## Key Qualifications/Competencies* Working towards degree/certificate in communications, marketing, business, or related field* Strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation that enables one to build trust and relationships quickly* Particular strength in written communications, with experience writing different types of documents as well as proofreading* Experience researching and summarizing information from multiple online sources such as websites, articles, news outlets etc* Comfort with numeracy, including use of MS Excel* Comfortable working as part of a team, contributing ideas and asking questions, and developing harmonious working relationships* Comfort with change, and able to adapt priorities as needed* Positive, can do attitude, with the ability to anticipate problems and be proactive in finding solutions.* Experience in the not-for-profit sector or as a volunteer an asset* This is a hybrid position which requires a minimum of two (2) days in the officeSalary Range:$18.00 - $21.00 an hourThe actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.
