Title : Influencer & Talent Agent Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type : Full-Time Freelance Contract (Flexible Hours) Compensation : COMMISION ONLY Earn between $1,000$10,000 monthly based on performance (on average) Job Summary As an Influencer & Talent Agent, youll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers. Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you''''ll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers. What Youll Do Talent Representation : Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content. Brand Partnerships : Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster. Relationship Building : Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations. Strategic Growth : Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth. Autonomous & Flexible Work : Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment, driving your own success. Qualifications & Preferences Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles. Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills. Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously. Combine hustle and patienceable to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
