ABOUT THE ROLE To manage and provide the necessary data, information and support that will allow the ACM operations of Central Canada to understand and optimize the of the business. The ACM Manufacturing Manager is a key member of Central Canadas manufacturing team through the management, coordination, implementation, communication and support of the various operational performance initiatives. WHAT YOULL ACCOMPLISH Management, coordination, communication and advancement of the manufacturing/delivery OPIs/KPIs tracking tools and systems. Ensure that tools are effective and accurate through providing user support, training and maintaining data integrity. Generate reports that will be used to measure and drive performance. Work with local management and country experts to ensure data is used to optimize operational performance. Oversee performance data and provide analytical support as required to the Manufacturing Team and all ACM operations. Apply operational knowledge to generated reports and data to create an understanding of cause and effect. Provide field support through the coordination of various onsite performance activities. Manage and facilitate onsite performancebased reviews, audits and operational exercises such as Plant Debottlenecking. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR Education : Degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Mining preferred). Work Experience: Minimum of three years working in a manufacturing role, ideally in an aggregate operation. Technical Skills : Advanced Excel knowledge and computer skills. Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Qlicksense, Word, CAD or similar systems. Travel : Ability to travel 30% of the time away from the regular worksite, including 20% overnight travel. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Comfortable and confident in presentation skills. Selfstarter who works independently with minimal supervision. Determined, persistent and inquisitive with the ability to influence without authority. Resultsdriven and goaloriented. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
