Job Description

* Stakeholder management and ensuring overall client satisfaction across all projects/areas covered by programmes.* Managing client issues and concerns, effectively dealing with escalations.* Providing progress updates to key stakeholders.* Work with Project Managers, build managers and Test Leadson resourcing, risks, issues, timelines and have oversight of all the testing.* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders around testing and quality and drive improvements internally and externally.* Test governance to be managed via agreed metrics driven reporting.* Timely reporting to Project Team/Manager on progress to plan.* Testing Quality metrics ownership and reporting.* Ownership of Quality and productivity uplift.* Risk and Issues management within Team.* Escalation to Project Team/Manager on Risk and Issues that impact upon Test Plan delivery.* Management of Change to the Change Management process.* Ensure that test environments are booked in a timely manner by liaising with the appropriate groups across IT.* Sign off entry and exit criteria for all test phases.* Prepare Project closure reports.* Ensure Knowledge is recorded and shared.* Career test professional with strong background in Financial Services (Canadian wealth/banking experience preferable)* Extensive experience of working in client facing test delivery/engagement roles* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines* Hands-on in both functional and non-functional testing aspects Extensive experience in fast paced Agile environments* Experience of delivering services using near shore and offshore teams* ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification (preferable)* Extensive experience in JIRA, XRAY, Confluence* Deep understanding of test matrices, KPI''''s, SLA''''s, benchmarks etc.* Should be able to articulate complex data in easily palatable form* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English* Efficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint* Adaptability as we are looking for someone that can shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly* Proactive - Ability to identify and discuss improvements to current processes.* Ability to work effectively and to prioritise own and teams workload.* Highly self-motivated achiever of targets, both personally and through team.* Effective team player with ability to build strong working relationships and motivate others.* Propensity toward improving own and others performance and achievement of objectives.* A competitive base salary, bonus, and paid time off.* FNZ will match pension plan contributions at 150%, up to 4% total Employee Contribution.* Employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance, and more.* We are mission-led - work at the heart of a purpose-led organization where you can be proud of the impact you make, every day.
