Overview As a Campaign Manager for a large scale business, you will be part of the primary engine for high-volume campaign execution. You will support a lean marketing team by transforming campaign strategies into high-performing technical assets. This role is highly operational and requires a deep understanding of Marketos program architecture, segmentation and targeting, and asset creation. Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Program Management End-to-End Build: Build and execute Marketo Engagement and Email Programs. Tokenization: Utilize and maintain program-level tokens to ensure scalability and reduce manual errors across large-scale campaigns. Segmentation: Build and manage Smart Lists and Segmentations based on B2B criteria (e.g., industry, job function, taxexempt status, or customer lifecycle stage). A/B Testing: Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTA placement to optimize engagement and conversion metrics. Landing Page & Form Development Asset Creation: Deploy responsive landing pages and forms within Marketo that align with the client''''s Business brand standards. Lead Capture: Configure form logic (progressive profiling, hidden fields) to ensure quality data capture. Gated Content: Set up ''''Listen'''' and ''''Fulfillment'''' flows for whitepapers, webinars, and other leadgeneration assets. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing Device Testing: Conduct thorough rendering tests using Litmus to ensure a consistent experience across all devices and email clients. Link & Flow Validation: Verify all tracking parameters (UTMs), links, and backend flow actions (e.g., scoring, alerts, and field updates) are functioning correctly before deployment. Approval Management: Manage the internal feedback loop, making realtime edits to assets based on stakeholder feedback. Technical Support Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of program templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Walmart Business team. Reporting & Insights Performance Tracking: Pull and format standard email performance reports (Open, Click, Delivery, Unsubscribe rates) for cadenced team reviews. Qualifications Required Qualifications Marketo Expertise: 3+ years of handson experience in Marketo; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE). Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor troubleshooting in email and landing page templates. Experience with Velocity Script is a plus. Detail Oriented: An obsession with QA; you are someone who checks every link and every flow twice. Ability to build moderatetocomplex campaigns. B2B Experience: Familiarity with the B2B buyers journey and how it differs from traditional B2C marketing. Tool Stack: Airtable, Slack, Confluence, Looker, Marketo Reporting and Analytics. Project Management experience. Able to support basic reporting and analytics needs. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
