Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment. Customer-focused mindset. Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is a plus. Experience with clienteling is advantageous. Basic technological skills.
