Senior Site Manager (Education Projects) Salary: 55,000 60,000 + car/allowance + travel + bonus (discretionary) + 25 days holiday Location: Kent A leading, highly reputable main contractor that undertakes a range of projects across multiple sectors has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join on a permanent basis, working on new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector up to 5m. The company has been around for a very long time and has a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fitout and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 10m in value, with a range of public and private clients. They have recently been awarded a number of projects as part of a 4year framework agreement within the education sector, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects to schools and academies in the Southern Counties. They have a project due to commence in a couple of months in Kent, a 3m new build school which will last approximately 1 year. They also have a number of other projects due to commence within the area over the next 4 years and are looking for somebody to join them on a permanent basis.
