Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Kent Competitive Salary A main contractor with over 50m turnover is on the lookout for an experienced project surveyor to be based in Kent. Ideally to have experience working on healthcare projects. My client operates across a broad range of sectors, including housing, large regeneration schemes, education, health and mixed-use. We have built a reputation as a leading regeneration business working to provide cross subsidy partnerships including an increasing portfolio of development opportunities including private sale. A typical scheme has a construction value of 22m to 60m and will be primarily residential based. We also manage a smaller proportion of education and healthcare schemes.
