What This Role Really Is Highvolume, fastpaced recruiting role that manages inbound applications, proactively sourced candidates, and referrals. Conducts 1530 minute phone screens via Teams, tracking and reporting results. Tracks detailed interview notes, screening information, and scores. Arranges and records tests, providing feedback. Manages final interviews, assessments, and meetings with finalists and hiring managers. Meets KPI, SLA, and performancedriven metrics. What This Role Is Not HR or a route to HR this is a sourcing & recruiting role within Recruiting. Predominantly inbox recruiting, outreach or emails. Remote or Hybrid; the position is located downtown Toronto, 5 days a week. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need Proven sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably with an agency. Processdriven mindset that focuses on tasks and sets activity. Cadence, activity, and results oriented. Ability to build rapport, deliver a solid candidate experience (CX), and manage expectations. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive the recruitment of professional services staff to meet Trindent Consultings immediate and ongoing requirements.
