This role focuses on achieving or exceeding sales targets within established pricing and distribution frameworks, while fostering customer intimacydeveloping deep, trust-based relationships that enable a thorough understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. The incumbent combines strategic sales execution with technical expertise to support customers in selecting and applying IPEX products effectively.*The compensation for this position is between $78,200 and $97,700 annually, based on experience and qualifications.***Key Responsibilities** Sales Execution & Market Development Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory sales objectives across IPEXs diverse product offerings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, and market analysis. Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, leveraging insights into market dynamics and competitive activity. Conduct regular sales calls and site visits to promote IPEX solutions and secure customer salesCustomer Intimacy & Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business drivers, challenges, and goals. Engage in regular, meaningful communication to provide personalized product recommendations and technical support. Evaluate customer satisfaction post-delivery and proactively address concerns to strengthen trust and loyalty. Act as a strategic partner to customers, offering insights and solutions that align with their evolving needs.Technical Expertise & Education Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance on product selection, application, and installation across various industries and use cases. Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations that educate stakeholders and support informed decision-making. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and end users to ensure optimal product performance and application.Sales Operations & Administration Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and proposals with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence to support forecasting and strategic planning. Liaise with internal departments, including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless execution and communication.Promotional Activities Represent IPEX at trade shows, industry events, and promotional programs to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Support marketing initiatives by providing field insights and participating in campaign execution**Requirements** Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of sales experience in a related industry, preferably within distribution or contracting environments. Engineering background is an asset. Experience in a similar industry is an asset Strong understanding of distribution networks and product application across various sectors. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint); experience with CRM and ERP/SAP is an asset.
