Supporting the team in identifying full-service solutions and referring clients to other NBC lines of business to become their primary financial partner. Developing strategies to deepen business relationships with existing clients. Optimizing profitability of relationships based on return guidelines, customer risk profiles, and overall banking relationships. Acting as a credit SME, staying informed on industry and market trends, and structuring credit accordingly. Managing credit activities prudently, including timely monitoring, due diligence, and risk management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards. Leading team adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining satisfactory audit and compliance standards. Team and Work Environment: You will be part of a team of 7 in the Commercial Banking sector, reporting to a Senior Manager. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, with relevant experience. Knowledge of risk management, banking, and business lending functions. Experience in commercial credit underwriting across various industries, with leadership and coaching experience.
