Job Title

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing technical personnel and managing complex system projects and programs. This role ensures timely delivery of project milestones, manages risks and issues, and coordinates activities across internal and external stakeholders. The Delivery Manager plays a strategic role in aligning project execution with long-term business value and is expected to apply industry-standard frameworks such as SDLC and ITIL to guide project success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Oversee activities, risks, and issues across all facets of assigned projects or programs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Maintain deep understanding of system scope, project objectives, and team roles to effectively guide execution. Manage interdependencies and integration of related projects within broader programs. Apply SDLC and ITIL frameworks to manage risks and ensure quality outcomes. Make informed decisions regarding team priorities and work approaches. Interpret and apply professional standards, regulations, and documented procedures. Promote continuous improvement and contribute to organizational goals focused on enhancing consumer experiences. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions. Passion for contributing to initiatives that improve consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Business Administration. Extensive experience in project or program management environments. Working knowledge of relational database systems such as Oracle and IBM. Familiarity with executive information systems and statistical software packages.
