Base pay range CA$75.00/hr - CA$85.00/hr Responsibilities / Qualifications 5+ years proficiency in Power BI: Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations. 2+ years experience in Data Modeling: Expertise in data modeling, including the creation and optimization of data models to enhance performance and usability. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Strong command of DAX for building complex calculations and aggregations. Power Query/M: 5+ years experience with Power Query for data transformation and cleaning. SQL: Ability to write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation from various databases, minimum 5 years experience. ETL Processes: Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools to integrate data from different sources. Programming language: Proficiency in a programming language like Python (Understanding of data types, variables, loops, conditionals, and error handling. Familiarity with Python''''s standard library and commonly used modules.) Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices. Project Management: Experience leading BI projects, including planning, execution, and delivery and managing/maintaining the project backlog with stakeholders. Nice to Have Skills: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or relevant Power BI certifications to demonstrate proficiency and expertise.
