This role offers the chance to lead integration initiatives critical to delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality business solutions across the organization. As a technical leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide developers, and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, innovative environment. What You''''ll Be Doing: Provide strategic guidance and expert advice on Microsoft Azure APIM and ADF implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals. Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and driving excellence in integration services and post-production support. Develop and enforce integration standards and guidelines to maintain high quality and integrity across various systems. Consult on projects to ensure integration solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements. Work alongside project teams to clarify requirements and prioritize integration backlogs effectively. Design, develop, and document robust integration code, including proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes, and production-ready solutions. Lead technical design efforts and deliver solutions grounded in proven practices and relevant experience. Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and continuously improve team performance and integration quality. Conduct thorough code reviews, coach developers, and ensure compliance with established development standards and unit testing policies. Manage technical integration activities, identify risks, and act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges. Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors on integration efforts. Ensure consistent and accurate estimation of integration tasks and report status updates to management and project stakeholders. Contribute to and uphold architectural principles and organizational standards across all integration initiatives. Oversee risk management and compliance by ensuring changes adhere to client policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including proper risk assessment and documentation. What You''''ll Need To Be Successful: Post-secondary degree in a related field or discipline. Minimum of 5 years leading senior integration technical implementations and teams. Strong hands-on experience (5-7 years) in .NET services and web development. Deep expertise in API development using C# and solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure Integration services, including APIM, ADF, Logic Apps, and CD/CI pipelines. Proven leadership and communication skills to effectively guide teams and engage stakeholders. Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience in complex integration design and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of data management best practices and security considerations within integration platforms. Microsoft Azure certification(s) is an asset.
