Position Overview: Under the direction of the Addiction Services Manager or designate, the Residential Counsellor will ensure the treatment needs of clients in care are met by actively participating in the provision of treatment services in a twenty (20) bed co-ed facility. The primary responsibility is to provide individual and group-based treatment services that are consistent with the Vision, Mission, and Core Values established by Dilico Anishinabek Family Care. Employment Details: Type: Full Time Occupation: Accommodation, travel, tourism and related services supervisors Total Positions: 2 Wage: $23.14 to $29.31 hourly Hours per Week: 40 Closing Date / Apply By: 5/20/2025 Qualifications and Requirements: HBSW or Degree in a related field with four (4) years of counselling experience in Community Health and Addictions. Experience in Addictions and Mental Health. Experience in individual and group counselling, assessments, referrals, and advocacy. Candidates without specific educational qualifications but with relevant experience and academic background will also be considered. Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the ARTC Manager or designate. Must possess a Class F Drivers License or be willing to obtain one, with access to a personal vehicle. Must hold a valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate. Must complete a Criminal Records Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Search.
