Key Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized construction site, ensuring all sub-trades adhere to A&S Homes and Manitoba Safety & Health Act regulations. Provide clear direction to sub-trades to meet production schedule requirements. Efficiently coordinate the delivery of materials to the site. Conduct daily inspections, including follow-ups on completed work and framing inspections, to ensure compliance and readiness for City inspections. Ensure all work meets drawing and specification requirements at the designated quality levels. Monitor and ensure sub-trades complete work according to scheduled dates, updating production schedules at least twice a week. Foster effective communication with internal staff and homeowners to gather information and address any issues promptly. Qualifications: Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. Proficient in verbal and written communication in English. Extensive leadership experience in construction management. Solid secondary and/or trades education. Strong skills in people management. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Proficient problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a team-oriented mindset. Basic computer literacy, including email and information input into construction software. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
