Responsibilities Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours Perform on-call emergency maintenance Vacant suite maintenance & touch ups per established quality standards General common area & building maintenance Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team Preventative Maintenance inspections & reporting Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards Assist with snow removal Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
