Overview Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to employ their clinical and nursing expertise outside patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals and advocating for patients through medical device technology. They educate end users and provide basic installation on Infusion Pump products. Job Details Seniority level: MidSenior Level Employment type: Parttime Job function: Health Care Provider Industry: Hospitals and Health Care Qualifications BSN highly preferred. RN license required. 2+ years ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg, or critical care experience within the last 5 years. Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred. Comfortable with basic software programs. Experience with Pulse Oximetry Devices (preferred). Superuser/Infusion Pump education experience desired, but not required. Intermediate computer skills required. Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen. May be required to be fully vaccinated to comply with client and hospital requirements. Responsibilities Provide peertopeer education and inservicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations. Provide basic education on multiple Infusion products. Assess customerspecific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience. Utilize clinical/nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device. Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after inservice assignments. Offer clinical and professional expertise to end users (RN staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals) in a setting without patient care. Provide customer feedback to corporate teams to improve new and existing medical devices. Serve as an education resource on the device. Pay The pay range is $36.00 $38.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and competencies.
