Bilingual Client Support Specialist (1 year Temporary Full-time) Join AutoTrader.ca as a Bilingual Client Support Specialist. This role is part of our flagship platform, AutoTrader.ca, which attracts over 25 million visits each month. The position is temporary for 1 year, fulltime, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities Investigate client concerns and inquiries. Ask the right questions of clients and crossfunctional teams to determine the best resolution. Communicate resolutions in a timely manner and troubleshoot issues related to client accounts. Manage inbound communications (phone or email) from clients or dealer groups. Manage outbound communications with clients flagged for DNS and provide followup answers. Coordinate and liaise with crossfunctional departments to resolve technical, billing, or order fulfillment issues. Escalate issues to Manager of Customer Services or crossfunctional departments as necessary. Prepare and run reports and presentations (e.g., monthly reviews, sales proposals, performance tickets, status reports) for internal and client purposes. Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the Sales team regarding customer accounts. Flag optimization issues. Ensure accuracy of client account information in AutoTrader CRM system. Qualifications College diploma. Detailedoriented, customerfocused, organized, selfmotivated. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (required). Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical and customer service skills. Sense of urgency to resolve and investigate issues. Compensation Base salary range: CAD $42,000 $45,000.
