Were looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilitys maintenance team in a challenging heavy industrial environment. This is a handson role with a mix of floor work and team coordinationroughly 75% on the floor, 25% in office oversight. Ideally, you are a licensed 433A Millwright or Electrician (309A/442A), however, individuals without licenses will be considered based on their work history. What will you be doing? Lead a team of 12+ tradespeople (electricians, millwrights, apprentices, and more). Work in a reactiveheavy maintenance environment with older equipmentproblemsolving and quick decisionmaking are key. Oversee contractors, ensure safety compliance, and implement preventative maintenance programs. Directly influence production uptime and team development. What Were Looking For 442A or 309A ticket if youre an electrician or 433A ticket at a Millwright. Those without tickets will be considered provided they have experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. Experience in heavy industry . Proven supervisory experienceattendance, performance management, and disciplinary processes are all a part of your responsibilities. Handson, proactive, and engagedable to thrive in a unique industrial setting. Compensation & Benefits $50/hr with overtime after 40 hours and typically 5-10 hours of overtime weekly. 3 weeks vacation to start, RSP match up to 3% after 1 year.
