You will join the development team, whose mission is to build innovative and high-performance web/mobile applications that support our organization. Our team values collaboration, learning, and cutting-edge technology. Were looking for motivated entry-level developers to join us and grow their careers in a dynamic environment. What Youll Do - Implement UI/UX designs and optimize for performance. - Work closely with designers to create seamless user experiences. - Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js or Python - Work with databases using PostgreSQL. - Implement security best practices and optimize backend performance. - Work on both front-end and back-end development, bridging the gap between UI and business logic. - Design and implement fullstack features from concept to deployment. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to build end-to-end solutions. - Good skills in front-end and back-end Nice to have: - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent self-taught skills). - Basic knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, etc.). - Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL). - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Skills growth & mentorship with on-the-field developers. - Continuous learning opportunities workshops, courses, and certifications. - Flexible work environment remote-friendly culture. - A fun and collaborative team that values innovation.
