This is an excellent opportunity to join a large financial institution with strong training, high exposure, and potential conversion to full time based on performance and business needs. Work Model Hybrid schedule with onsite presence once per week for the first five weeks of training About the Role As an Intermediate Underwriter, you will support day-to-day underwriting operations by reviewing and adjudicating residential mortgage and real estate secured lending applications . You will assess risk, make lending decisions within your approval authority, and collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong underwriting judgment, comfort managing volume, and the ability to clearly articulate credit decisions.
