As our company continues to grow, we are looking for skilled, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Technicians to join our team. Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. You will work directly with customers, diagnose system issues, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing systems Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend effective solutions Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and regulations Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used Communicate clearly with clients regarding system issues, repair costs, and maintenance needs Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workplace safety guidelines Inspect systems before and after maintenance or repairs Stay up to date with the latest HVAC technology, tools, and industry trends Participate in training programs and workshops as required Work independently and as part of a team Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Requirements Gasfitter B Licence (required) ODS / ODP Licence (MOPIA certification or equivalent required) Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence with a clean driving record Access to a vehicle Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (2+ years preferred) Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Skills & Knowledge Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including: Furnaces Air conditioners Heat pumps Boilers Rooftop units Water heaters Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Work Schedule Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) Weekdays Weekends as required Various job sites ability to commute is required What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunities for growth and career advancement Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment with a strong focus on safety and quality Benefits include: Dental care Extended health care Language Requirements Strong command of spoken and written English (required) Additional languages are an asset Start Date As soon as possible Application Question Are you legally authorized to work in Canada? #J-18808-Ljbffr
