Overview We are looking for a Regional Director - Sales & Distribution to join our team. This role requires regular travel throughout British Columbia, with the majority of time spent in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley area. Responsibilities Accountable for managing, developing and expanding the partnerships with our current commercial brokerage partners. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help us expand our distribution in BC. Develop and achieve specific company objectives and goals. Continually improve on a thorough understanding of the insurance market and stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence. Report to Managing Director, and work closely with other team members. Promote and model our culture, values and brand promise must love fuchsia! Other duties as required. Compensation to be determined, commensurate with experience. Job Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Commercial Lines Insurance Industry. Good organizational and planning skills, including great time management. Confident in conducting round table meetings with effective presentation skills. Focused and goal-oriented. Strong professional communication, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills including high proficiency with MS Office. Education & Experience Preference given to applicants with Insurance Industry experience and/or education (CAIB, CIP or other relevant designations).
