Toronto, ON, Canada Thornhill, ON, Canada Job Description The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Manager - Digital Services & Advisory, Buildings, this position will be responsible for managing or coordinating the production and delivery of BIM projects, as well as the development, enforcement, and training of company Digital/BIM standards. WSP''''s Buildings team engages in the design of transportation, healthcare, educational, commercial, residential, recreational and light industrial facilities, with a specialization in large and complex projects, sustainable developments, and projects utilizing Alternate Delivery methods including Public-Private Partnerships (P3). We offer attractive pay, flexible work options, a great corporate culture, comprehensive and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and a wellness platform as well as great savings programs, and a clear vision for the future. # WeAreWSP What you can expect to do here: Work with others on the Digital Solutions Team, assisting in the development and maintenance of company BIM standards, including but not limited to: Data Management and Digital Twin strategies Model and Graphic Standards Drawing Presentation and Model Quality BIM Execution Plan, LOD, and other BIM related documents Model Health and Coordination Act in a Digital Advisory capacity to assist project BIM teams in all design stages, from Schematic Design through to Construction, and into Facilities Management, as required. Ensure projects have a defined BIM Execution Plan and champion fulfillment of the plan throughout the projects lifecycle; coordinate contents of the BIM Execution Plan with contractors and the client, as required. Work with project teams to coordinate model set up, drawing packages, model coordination, and any other project requirements Set up, maintain, support, and troubleshoot projects and WSP hosted ACC project sites. Perform model checks; ensure general and project specific digital processes and workflows are communicated to the design team members, and that those processes and workflows are adhered to throughout the project life cycle.
