Assistant Store Manager Spencer''''s Spencer''''s is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and drive sales. This fulltime position opens in Ontario, California. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $18.90$19.15 (depending on qualifications and experience). Responsibilities Establish and maintain guest services standards. Support the Store Manager in all store tasks to maximize sales and profitability. Develop staff, manage inventory control, handle merchandising, and control expenses and shrinkage. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail or management experience required. Ability to stand/walk/climb ladders for >8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
