Reference Number: 4008 Employment Type: Temporary Full Time Hours of Work: 7.5 hours per day 5 day week (MF) Work Arrangement: Hybrid 8 Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada Position Highlights Join the Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics team as a People Analytics Specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. This senior-level position is perfect for a creative thinker who excels in storytelling and possesses a robust analytical mindset. What Youll Do Craft compelling narratives from people data to empower HR and business leaders with informed decisionmaking tools. Provide expertise in employee survey design, analysis, and the Qualtrics EX platform, driving initiatives in employee surveys. Innovate and evolve our analytical capabilities with creative reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide seniorlevel consulting in people analytics and data interpretation. Develop employee surveys on Qualtrics, delivering insightful analysis and reports. Design predictive models to forecast key people outcomes. Develop metrics and KPIs to track strategic performance. Utilize external benchmarks and research to inform strategic recommendations. Synthesize diverse data sources for indepth analysis, extracting insights to prompt action. Enhance reporting efficiency through data optimization and process improvements. Support the Manager with key analytical initiatives and guide junior analysts on HR metrics and analytics. Position Requirements 4+ years of progressive experience specialized in people analytics. Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data and translate it into meaningful insights. Skilled in storytelling and visualization, making complex data accessible to all. Proficient in statistical modeling and organizational research principles. Highly skilled with employee research, reporting and data analytics tools (SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics, SuccessFactors Story Reporting). Active listener attuned to the needs of HR and the business. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Detailoriented with a deep understanding of data analysis and HR metrics. Passion for using people data to inform business decisions and a curiosity to look beyond the obvious. Preferred Experiences Experience working within the insurance industry or public sector. Only candidates legally entitled to work in Canada will be considered for this position. Hybrid 8 you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
