Team Lead (Direct Clients/Healthcare-AHSA-TRIO/VMS/ HCL) at Yochana IT Solutions INC We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in building scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, a solid understanding of SaaS-based architectures, and proven integration experience. This role involves designing, developing and maintaining high quality Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices. Responsibilities Design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Build and customize Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Aura and Visualforce as needed. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP API, middleware tools, and platform events. Implement business logic, validation rules, workflows, flows and approval processes. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Support deployments, releases and post production issues in coordination with DevOps and release teams. Optimize application performance, security and scalability. Collaborate with junior developers, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer in a SaaS environment. Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features and configurations. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce security model. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP or ETL tools). Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes (Copado, Gearset or similar). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Write and optimize SOQL queries to efficiently retrieve data across standard and custom objects, ensuring performance and adherence to governor limits.
